CLARE VALLEY

RIESLING

Clare Valley is located in 120km north of Adelaide and is made up of five sub regions: Auburn, Sevenhill, Watervale, Polish Hill River and Clare. In its 160 year history, Clare Valley has become most known for its Rieslings. Its moderate continental climate; warm to hot summer days moderated by cooling afternoons and nights, give the vines respite from the heat and allow them to slowly ripen and add complexity. An essential factor to the intensity, structure and balance of aromatic vines such as Rieslings.

TASTING NOTES

AROMA & PALATE

This younger Riesling has a fresh and intense palate of lime and stoney acidity with a succulent mouthfeel and lingering finish, complementing the citrus and jasmine fragrance.
